Turkey and Pepper Jack Quesadilla

Turkey and Pepper Jack cheese in a Quesasilla!

So this recipe is not fancy at all! If you have had an exhausting day and if there's some cheese, lunch meat and some tortilla bread, you are good to go!



Ingredients

Hurbed Turkey Lunch Meat
Mozzarella Cheese (optional)
Pepper Jack Cheese slices ( I used Sargento)
Tortilla bread
Chunky style Salsa (optional)
Sour Cream (optional)
Butter or Olive Oil

1) Cut the lunch meat in to thin slices and lightly brown the turkey slices
2) Take cheese slices and lay them on the tortillas
3) Sprinkle some Mozzarella (optional)and some salsa (optional)
4) Fold the tortilla bread to make a half moon shape
5) Coat a nonstick skillet with some oil, butter or cooking spray
6) Cook Quesadilla over medium heat 2 minutes per side until golden brown
7) Serve with more salsa or sour cream
